Bangin' Body (Boot Camp)- Do you ever wonder how Hollywood celebrities get those Bangin' Bodies? Our instructors will let you in on their secrets as they take you through this killer sculpting routine that will leave you feeling strong, sexy and red carpet ready!
Barre Burn- Find out why people are flocking to ballet barre workouts! The barre workout incorporates light weight sculpting, ballet, Pilates and yoga to give you a long lean dancer's body. This graceful total body routine will leave you tightened in all the right places leaving you with an amazing physique. Within a few sessions you will be a longer and leaner version of yourself.
Boot Camp (Strength & Cardio)- Walk into this class and crawl out of it. Employing high intensity interval training, explosive plyometrics, push-ups and drills, this workout will leave you drenched. Almost anything goes, so bring your best game!
BootyBurn (Boot Camp)- Taught by an NPC bikini competitor, this interval training class will tigthen your glutes and maximize your leg strength. BootyBurn will increase your strength and power by combining cardio bursts, weight training, and plyometrics- an intense circuit training class that will leave your booty looking better than ever!
Cardio Strength (Boot Camp)- Join Martin as he challenges you in a full body functional strength training workout with the incorporation of a challenging cardio routine.
Hard Core- This 30 minute class focuses intensely on the major core muscles: rectus abdominus, internal and external obliques, transverse abdominus and erector spinae. Be prepared for a gut busting workout.
Hatha Yoga– The Hatha Class is great for all levels, with a focus on flexibility, toning and stretching while relieving stress and tension from your joints. Move your body, calm your mind.
HIIT (Boot Camp)- High Intensity Interval Training will train and condition both your anaerobic and aerobic energy systems. Designed to burn more calories by alternating between low/moderate intensity intervals and high intensity intervals, this class is not for the faint of heart! Be prepared to sweat!
Sunrise Yoga- combines Asana and Pranayama (poses and breathing exercises) to gradually wake up the mind and body and set an intention for the day ahead. Move through a heat-building, heart-opening, expansive practice suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa Yoga- An athletic style of yoga focusing on using postures to build strength, balance and flexibility.
Yoga- A flowing practice that emphasizes the breath, quiets the mind, and opens the heart. Everyone from beginners to experienced yogis and yoginis are welcome!
Yoga Sculpt- Enjoy all the stretching and toning benefits of both Pilates and yoga in this one hour workout. You'll spend the first half of class toning and tightening your entire body. You'll finish with a gentle yoga flow that will leave you deeply relaxed and ready to face the day.
